Summer of Love Took Place

In the summer of 1967, one event occurred that was later written down in history. People flocked to San Francisco’s neighborhood of Haight-Ashbury to attend the phenomenal Summer of Love. It was a social event that gathered over 100,000 people to practice more liberal norms like free love, environmentalism, and communal living.
