While Drew Barrymore has embarked on quite an adventure playing ‘Sheila Hammond’ on the “Santa Clarita Diet,” she has also undertaken a little fitness journey of her own behind the scenes. The mother of two regularly needs to keep up with daughters Olive and Frankie; To manage that, she practices yoga and Pilates for restoring energy.
With all that movement and running around, she lost 20 pounds. In a 2021 Instagram video, Barrymore declared that exercise is essential to her routine, and she always tries to integrate it into her busy schedule.
