Nina Dobrev – Basketball
Canadian actress Nina Dobrev gained a lot of recognition for her role as ‘Elena Gilbert’ and ‘Katherine Pierce’ on the supernatural TV series “The Vampire Diaries.” She went on to star in several films including “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” with Emma Watson, and the comedy movie “Let’s Be Cops.”
The TV star was originally born in Bulgaria and migrated to Canada when she was 2 years old. While attending Wexford Collegiate School, she was a high school athletic star, competing in gymnastics, basketball, and many other sports. Dobrev features in the 2022 movie “Redeeming Love,” which is based on a novel by Francine Rivers.
