2 Chainz – Basketball
Tauheed K.Epps—who goes by the stage name 2 Chainz, is an American rapper who started out signing with rapper Ludacris’ record label as one-half of hip hop duo “Playaz Circle.” In 2012, he decided to go solo and signed with Def Jam Recordings which spawned hits like “No Lie,” featuring Drake, and “I’m Different.”
Epps’ 6′ 5″ stature made him perfect as a Division I basketball recruit at North Clayton High School and even attended Alabama State University on a basketball scholarship. The rapper released his seventh studio album “Dope Don’t Sell Itself” in February 2022 with Def Jam.
