Over the years, Laverne Cox has continued to make visible impacts in the entertainment world. Cox, who became famous for her role in the TV show Orange Is The New Black, is gradually becoming a favorite among faithful fans. The LGBTQ+ supporter was the first openly transgender person to earn an Emmy nomination following her performance in the acclaimed show.
Besides her famous role, Cox has also featured in projects such as Grandma and Doubt and had the privilege of hosting the 14th Annual Essense Black Women in Hollywood Awards.
