The beauty with the curly hair became popular from the famous 1982 sitcom “Cheers,” where she played the role of a waitress. Rhea Jo Perlman actually began her acting career in the play “Dracula Sabbat,” where she had a minimal role. Then in 1972, she appeared in the short “Hot Dogs for Gauguin.”

She got her role in “Cheers” after being noticed in a play in 1982. She’s also achieved an Emmy award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy four times in her career. She’s also been nominated multiple times after that for the same category. In 2021 she voiced a character in five episodes of “Star Wars: The Bad Batch.”
