Gloria Steinem on “A Bunny’s Tale”
Gloria Steinem is an American journalist and activist who gained prominence in the late ’60s through early ’70s. Before she was able to establish a casual career path, she once went undercover at the New York Club in 1963. She detailed her revelations and experiences to Show magazine, which later became a film titled “A Bunny’s Tale.”
Steinem rose to fame because of that, and along her journey, she has received mixed opinions about her experiences. Regardless, she continued to pursue her craft in writing and later became a columnist for “New York” magazine. She co-founded several feminist organizations, such as the Women’s Action Alliance and Women’s Media Center.
