Jamie Carragher & Nicola Carragher – 16 Years
It may come as a surprise to many that it took two proposals before Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher got a yes from his then-girlfriend Nicola Carragher. He got her ring size wrong but luckily received a chance to do it over, getting it right the second time.
Though they knew each other since elementary school, the couple began dating when Jamie turned 18, and they tied the knot in 2005. It’s been over a decade since they got married, and not only is Nicola a well-known interior designer with a successful company, but she’s also a mother to their two children James and Mia.
