Jorge Nava – Lost 128 Pounds (Serving Time)
It’s not every day we see “Before and After” photos where the site of an astonishing transformation is, well, prison. Baby-faced Jorge Nava hardened up after two and a half years behind bars. The time away clearly did wonders for his weight, and the “90 Day Fiancé star” said that he did it to stay strong and positive.
Nava weighed a hefty 318 pounds at the time of his incarceration, which made his transition to just 185 pounds all the more astonishing. Talking to Reality TV World, he revealed that it was the 1992 Anthony Robbins best-seller ‘Awaken the Giant Within’ that inspired him to make the change.
