Christina Aguilera – Lost 40 Pounds (Yoga)
After some considerable weight gain following her pregnancy, Christina Aguilera decided to whip herself in shape with fitness guru Tee Sorge by practicing yoga. Since strength work rather than cardio also influences gains, she lost 20 pounds in no time.
Back in her svelte form, she has had a fabulous time recently, thanks to her first-ever Music Icon award at the MTV Awards, and released a single in 2022 called “Santo.” We are sure that Aguilera’s improved fitness has also helped her return to work re-energized, so we look forward to more of her performances.
