Jimmy Kimmel – Lost 25 Pounds (Fasting)

The host of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” has been the topic of a major discussion on him becoming a new man, owing to his weight loss. Kimmel had been lugging around some extra poundage but eventually resolved to change things and underwent a strict intake of just 2,000 calories a day. That’s how he was able to lose 25 pounds.

He also discovered a method of intermittent fasting that worked for him, called 5:2, where he indulges five days a week and eats less than 500 calories the other two days. Kimmel’s now also got energy for other projects, like his voice-over role in “PAW Patrol: The Movie” in 2021.
