Multiple award-winning Grammy artist Adele has had an incredible weight-loss journey, probably from having to bear the sheer weight of all her awards. She came back in 2021 with a fantastic new album called “30” and rocking an incredible new look.
The decision to get fit came after her son was born in 2012, and through weight-lifting coupled with hikes and cardio, she was able to achieve her goal. An even more significant outcome is that it also helped her mental health, and she’s a healthier, happier version of herself today. Who knew Adele was such an athlete! She amazed herself as well.
