Starting his career in the ’70s as a stand-up comedian, Lenny Henry showcased his talents on television shows like “New Faces” and “Tiswas.” He even presented “The Lenny Henry Show,” which broadcasted initially from 1984 to 1988. He later transitioned to acting, appearing in numerous series and films, including “Chef!”, “The Syndicate,” and “Broadchurch.”
