PHIL COOL – AGE 74
Phil Cool is an English comedian, musician, and impressionist. He went on to star in a series of eponymous shows in the ’90s, including, “Cool It,” “Cool Head” and “Phil Cool” and continued to perform as a touring comedian until his self-imposed hiatus in 2013. Cool has his own version of a rubber-faced brand of comedy coupled with uncanny impressions that won him a great many fans.
The Chorley-born Cool chose to court the spotlight again at Barnoldswick Music and Arts Centre in 2019 where he went on stage with Joe Martin, who performed with his father on the stage.
Susan Boyle (Born In 1961) – I Dreamed A Dream
The world discovered Susan Boyle after her groundbreaking performance as a contestant on “Britain’s Got Talent” in 2009. It’s been a massive rise to the top for the talented singer ever since. Her debut studio album “I Dreamed a Dream” became the United Kingdom’s best-selling debut album in history after it was released.
Boyle continued to be active and successful, and by 2021, she had sold 19 million records. She’s still very much a force to reckon with in the British music industry and she’s shown no signs of ending her career. A compilation album by their titled “Ten” was released in 2019.
