Julia Sawalha (Born In 1968) – Absolutely Fabulous

Anyone who’s watched the sitcom “Absolutely Fabulous” will instantly remember Julia Sawalha. Her role as Saffy Monsoon in the series was was one of the major highlights of her career and it brought her much fame.

She did become known for several other roles, most notably, Lynda Day in “Press Gang,” and Jan Ward in “Remember Me.” There’s no question that she’s made her mark on British television, having been on-screen since the early 80s. She’s still active as an actress, and she does more than act in series—In 2020, she voiced a role in the video game “World of Warcraft: Shadowlands.”
