Uzo Aduba – Track Runner

Uzo Aduba is an American actress known for her character “Crazy Eyes” in the successful Netflix Original series “Orange Is the New Black.” The role secured her place in Hollywood and helped her win two Emmy Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. 

Aduba grew up in Massachusetts where she attended Boston University on a track scholarship where she holds the record for sprinting at B.U. The multi Emmy Award winner portrays American politician Shirley Chisholm in the 2020’s Hulu series “Mrs. America,” opposite Cate Blanchette and Sarah Paulson.
