Derby County manager Wayne Rooney purchased a home in Cheshire for £4 million in 2017 but didn’t officially move into it until 2021 due to renovations. The house has six bedrooms as well as a cinema, TV room, bar, steam room, and a plunge pool.
He moved into the home with his wife and kids, and before this, they lived in Scotland as they waited for renovations. After renovations, their home is said to be worth £5.1 million. It’s an excellent place for him and his four children, with all the modern amenities.
